Tehran hosts Iran doc ‘The Last Supper’ on Syria Christians

Iran doc ‘The Last Supper’ on Syria Christians is set to be featured at a screening session based in Iranian capital city of Tehran.

Mohammad Qanefard’s doc will be screened at Iranian Artists Forum on Tuesday, a media report released on Sunday said.

‘The Last Supper’ narrates the miseries of Christians in Syria following the outbreak of deadly violence and crisis in the Arab country. The film particularly focuses on the area of Jaramana in Damascus and Christian historical village of Ma'loula, near Damascus in Syria.

The indie documentary was present at the 2016 edition of "Cinema Vérité", Iran International Documentary Film Festival.

Iranian Artists Forum (IAF) hold screening sessions as well as hosting national and international art and cinematic events on a regular basis.
